The success of a project’s exterior installation is dependent upon the level of detail achieved in the modulation drawings and stone tickets. Creating precision drawings with acute accuracy is an area in which Tom excels, making him a valuable asset in our Engineering Department. A licensed architect in Utah and Colorado, Tom brings 15+ years of architectural design experience to the KEPCO+ team. Tom earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Idaho and also studied at the Helsinki University of Technology in Finland for one year. He has an extensive background in AutoCAD and more than five years of 3D modeling experience utilizing REVIT.
When asked what he has learned most at KEPCO+, Tom replied, “I have learned to appreciate the permanence of natural stone and the craftsmanship that goes into each piece.” Having spent nearly two decades in the commercial construction industry, Tom has developed excellent communication and time management skills – abilities that have benefited not only his employer, but also his community. In addition to working at KEPCO+, Tom also owns a local gallery and serves as Chair of his Neighborhood Council. Tom makes a positive difference in all of his endeavors and is an asset to the KEPCO+ team! |
