Because this forty year old building would remain fully occupied during its seismic upgrade, a full weep system was integrated into the panel system and insulation was added in-plant, allowing for a one step installation process.  Approximately 22,230 SF of Rockville Beige Granite was used to cover the new structural steel columns added for seismic compliance.
