Professionalism and concern for the Architect's design intent and going beyond your contracted scope of work in achieving this with no additional compensation is particularly noted.

The true test came in completing your contract on schedule which you have done considering the various field conditions and obstacles you had to respond to.

Through your well-coordinated efforts on-site you have proven that you could have handled more than one (1) project for us at the same time. We regret not awarding you the contract for the similar projects that occurred almost simultaneously.

Again, I'd like to congratulate you and your company on the quality workmanship, scheduling, determination, and understanding of the design that we were striving to achieve.
