Bid as a design-build project, the exterior skin of this elaborate edifice incorporates 40,600 SF of Temple White Granite, all of which was handset.  Through the preconstruction phase of the project, KEPCO+ was able to identify the most effective methods to acheive the desired stone detailing, achieving the best value within the available stone budget, while also accelerating the shop drawing production and stone procurement process, thus improving the schedule.  In addition to the exterior, 12,100 SF of granite sitework was installed.
